We aim to get your order to you safely and efficiently.

All in-stock items are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom orders may require 5–10 business days, depending on complexity.

Estimated shipping times (after dispatch):

• Within South Africa: 2–5 business days

• Outside South Africa: Not currently available

⟶ Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note: We do not currently offer free shipping.

⟶ Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. If you don’t receive one within 3 days, please contact us.

⟶ Lost or Delayed Parcels

While rare, delays may occur due to courier issues. We’ll assist where we can, but once a parcel is handed to the courier, responsibility lies with the courier provider. Contact us if you need help filing a claim.
